Four police officers walked out of basketball arena (Target Center), and away from extra-duty security assignment, after Minnesota WNBA players show up in activist warm-up gear and spout anti-police Black Lives Matter commentary.

Four off-duty Minneapolis police officers working the Minnesota Lynx game at Target Center on Saturday night walked off the job after the players held a news conference denouncing racial profiling, then wore Black Lives Matter pregame warm-up jerseys.

[…] The three-time WNBA champions wore black T-shirts that read “Change starts with us, justice and accountability” and on the back had Philando Castile’s and Alton Sterling’s names along with “Black Lives Matter” and a Dallas Police Department emblem.

These were off-duty hired as private contractors - so free to walk-off if they want.

PS: Mod - Please keep this in Frontpage News as I think we need to see what is happening in our country. This is a disgrace and all the employees and manager should be fired.

No cop, off duty, should stand for this. On-duty cops have no choice I guess.

Criminals, illegals, terrorists and perverts have a free hand in America, thanks to President BO.

Did the shirts have #BLM on them?

Perhaps it was Black Lesbians Matter?

Bunch of pikers. Where was the cartoony graphic of a bandana-wearing BLM thug slicing the throat of a cop that some Cleveland Browns (Indians?)(Cavaliers?) (Hu knows. Hu cares) player tweeted?

Dont worry.

When these girls find themselves overpowered by some dude, those “Nazi-police” will be the first ones they call while they sit balled-up in the corner crying.

Its not just WNBA games that the police won’t be patrolling. The police will no longer properly patrol or enforce the law in minority neighborhoods. Crime and violence will increase. The BLM movement will ensure that most American urban areas will come to resemble Chicago.

Same thing as that phony “Hands Up - Don’t Shoot!” thing that football team did.

You know... and I happen to know a lot about this... Why doesn’t “Black Lives Matter” change its name to “Black Male Lives Matter”???

Did the absence of the security have any effect on the game? Would have been cool if their walkout had caused them to cancel the game. Maybe next time this is required they can be prepared to shut it down.

I imagine that the 150 or so bull dykes who made up the audience would be a little unhappy if it got cancelled, but I'm sure they'd be "down with the BLM cause".

Good. BLM is a racist anti-American violent neo-communist group.

I’m not a basketball fan. I watch maybe 10 min of NBA a year if it happens to be on in the local brew pub and that’s the TV my seat faces. Until this article about the walk-out (bravo guys!) I seriously thought the WNBA had folded. Didn’t it go under a few years ago? Did it come back? Ah, never mind, I don’t really care.

Sadly the white Team members fell in line as well. Probably not much choice in the matter. Diss the Sista's and you be black and blue.
