Even more amazing is that they manufacture it in such large quantities ans at such a cheap price that you can use it to decorate your next door neighbors trees and front lawn and still have enough left over to take care of it's official business :-)

In socialist society , squandering critical and scarce state owned commodities such as TP by decorating your neighbors yard is no laughing matter - it's a jailing offense
In capitalist society, decorating your neighbors yard with TP is only a jailing offense if the neighbor has no sense of humor
