I love the perspective.

In a nutshell, it boils down to the concept that in a capitalist society, something like toilet paper can be manufactured so cheaply that wasting it doesn’t provoke any sense of outrage in anybody, except in the case of the person whose tree got TP’d...

In a socialist society, it is the equivalent of burning money, and given the value of currencies in those countries...I guess that isn’t a good comparison. More like giving away gold or something.

I kind of like that perspective.
