I read the body language, and I say Trump will not pick Newt. He could do much worse, but I don’t think he’ll pick Newt. I think he’s going to go with someone younger, but above all it’s someone who can handle the press.

Now don’t get me wrong, I think Newt is a safe play. It guarantees that Trump will control the debate topics.

I do not believe it will be Flynn.

First, he is a registered Democrat. The Democrat issue will not go over well with Republicans. How can you stay a Democrat after the last 7 1/2 years of pure nonsense?

Second, and most important, Trump has been repeatedly telling us he was going to pick someone with legislative experience. Someone who knows how to work with Congress to get legislation passed. Flynn has zero experience with Congress.

Newt is the one person that fills Trump's need for someone that knows the government workings and the politicians.

I don't believe he's lobbying. He doesn't have to do that. Trump knows him very well.

Trump said he’s looking for a “political insider”. I hope he doesn’t choose Gingrich. That wouldn’t be a winning ticket.

But Sessions is from a safe GOP state. Could well bring in young blood instead—while also getting him to be president of the senate, which of course he’d be as veep.

Taking even one Senator out of the Senate is an absurdity. No one is that dumb.

How can Newt be “the one person” that “knows the government workings and the politicians”? Sessions, for example, is current in the Senate and has been there for years.

When odumbo gets his way due to his constant encouragement of the Black Lives Matter terrorists, none of us have to worry about who will be elected POTUS or any other position. Odumbo will achieve civil unrest, get it going so hot and furious he WILL HAVE TO declare Marshall Law. He plans to continue his fleecing of America life style and will stay right where he is, in our White House. It looks like his plan is working thus far.

Juss so you'll know. All the elites...even Trump seek council from the globalist. They are in our government, all cabinets, all departments no matter who the president happens to be...democrat or republican, they are present.

Excerpt:
According to The New York Times presidential frontrunner Donald Trump met with the president of the Council on Foreign Relations, Richard Haass, last August.

Haass spokesman Iva Zoric released a statement on the meeting after Trump praised Haass on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”

“I respect Richard Haass, who’s on your show a lot,” Mr. Trump said. “And I like him a lot. I have a few people that I really like and respect.”

Other candidates held briefings with Haass and the CFR, including Senator Marco Rubio, Jim Webb, Hillary Clinton, Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey, Gov. John Kasich of Ohio and Jeb Bush.

Haass is also a member of the influential Trilateral Commission and a Bilderberg attendee. He was appointed special envoy to the State Department by Barack Obama.

14 of the Obama administration’s top cabinet picks were affiliated with the CFR, the Trilateral Commission and the Bilderberg group.

She should just recuse her self period. What she said I can’t believe it, I have never heard a SC Justice weigh in on an election.

It is an imperative that McConnell be replaced as Majority Leader -- whether the next president is Trump or Hillary.

The #2 guy is Cornyn...and I doubt he's who we'd want, either.

Sessions' best employment is Majority/Minority Leader. He could lead the legislative charge for a Trump Administration...or be an effective in-fighter against Clinton and the Democrats.

Newt’s baggage is a carry on as compared to the Clinton “Trunk”.

You don’t short the Senate for a VP choice.

Trump Names President of Council on Foreign Relations as Top National Security Adviser

During Thursday night’s debate, when Donald Trump was asked by Megyn Kelly who he is listening to as top national security advisers, the first name Trump mentioned was Richard Haass.

Flynn?

Gingrich is too damned old and too much of a neo-conservative, NWO asshat!

His candidacy is a sure fire way to lose. But it is a source of aggravation and puzzlement as to how anyone could possibly lose to a Hillary Clinton!

I’m living in the wrong country!

>>America is so screwed!<<

Most Americans have no clue there is a shadow government behind what we see. Regardless of who is president (an occasional hiccup) the global elites will march forward.

Consider this. Decades of pub and dem control....borders to the south remain wide open. Either party....blacks remain in abject poverty. Either party....we move more socialist by the year.

There is an illusion. The ideological differences are sand that is thrown in the eyes of the public to conceal the inner workings of secret societies within the halls of congress/white house/supreme court.

(sand that is thrown in the eyes of the public) Sound at all familiar to you?

I really like Jefferson Sessions! He is an ideal candidate and would add true Conservatism to the ticket.

Sessions as VP, Newt as Chief of Staff. Accept no other options.

I don’t get the shorting. A special election would be held in Alabama 60 days after the vacancy—and there are more than 60 days between the general election in November and when he would take office in January.

Alabama has plenty of GOP pols who could step up and win that election.
