I cant breathe.
Im literally fighting back tears as I write, again, about this prevalent injustice. They dont see us as individual human beings, but a group to be exploited, separated, and judged based on our pigmentation.
Im talking about mainstream media and their manipulation of all Americans, corralling us into our respective color zones. They have a narrative to peddle. And we see it with every tragic account of black Americans killed by those tasked with the extremely dangerous job of serving and protecting. Im repulsed by a news media that is hell-bent on fomenting a racial war.
Whites are killed by cops, according to a database created by the Washington Post twice as much as blacks. Out of a total of 990 killed, 494 (or 49.9%) were white and 258 (or 26%) were black. 782 of those killed, or 79%, were armed with a deadly weapon. But hey, lets only report when unarmed black individuals are victims of police brutality. This is a deliberate and despicable attempt by mainstream media to color the issue.

I’ve got guilt, but it’s all for something I have done, and none of it is for the plight of the urban underclass
You are correct
It’s the statistical mean. Doesn’t mean a black man can’t have an IQ of 165
Tried to do that. She pursued and wouldn’t let whatever it was go
Guilt? Guilt? I’ll repeat it until I die; The concept of white guilt is a media construct created and promulgated to control whites and render them unable to resist the ongoing conquest of the West. In reality there is not one white who has ever missed a meal or lost an hour’s sleep over the fact that Blacks were once our slaves and were segregated away from us. In addition I doubt there is one normal sane white who feels guilty about some negro resisting the police and getting shot.
“I dont like statistics like that. First they are usually wrong.”
All statistics based on ‘the spread’ and an ACCURATE
calculated AVERAGE certainly has outliers in the data.
Bell Curve.
I hear ya but I think you might be confusing guilt with regret. I have regrets. We all do. It's just part of being a fallible human and the human condition.
You are, of course, entitled to your opinion, and I respect that, but I am not that cynical and I disagree. First, what you are quoting as ‘fact’ is not established fact. There are also data showing that blacks from Africa living in Western countries often do significantly better on IQ tests than do whites in those countries. Also, there is absolutely no test of IQ that doesn’t also measure what you’ve already learned and know, so it is as much a test of where you are in society at the moment as it is a definitive test of your ability to learn or be creative. Some of the brightest people I know are black. That’s anecdotal, based on my personal experience, but it is a factual representation of what I’ve experienced in life.
Also, IQ isn’t a measure of whether or not you have something significant to offer to society. All of us here believe that Down’s Syndrome children should be loved, embraced, and nurtured, and that they can contribute much to the world - irrespective of whether or not they have a lower IQ (not all do). Also, having a high IQ doesn’t mean you will always do good things. My IQ is high, but it hasn’t stopped me from being a bonehead regularly in my life. Statistically, Asians have a higher IQ than whites, but it isn’t China or Japan or Korea that has led the world the past few centuries. IQ isn’t the great predictor that you are making it out to be.
Blacks have been pushed down the socioeconomic ladder because they’ve been used as a political tool by cynical self-serving people (white, black, and other) who have contributed to their disbelief in their own abilities. That’s a horrible crime, IMHO, and the Black Lives Matter people should be focused on how that has ruined huge numbers of black lives, rather than the small number of blacks that have been shot by police.
Regarding ‘follow the money’. I would distill that down further into ‘follow selfishness’. Human beings are drawn by power, money (or the equivalent), fame, and whatever distinguishes them as individual entities. It’s a fact. That said, what gives us hope to be better than our basal instincts is our spirituality and ability to rise above self-interest. Unfortunately, it doesn’t happen often, and I agree with your premise about world events often being determined or influenced by those who are going to make money off of them. That said, the most successful person in life is not the one who dies with the most money, fame, or power. It is the one who dies having become a better person spiritually, who lived by principle, and who has made the personal choice to be charitable etc.; again IMHO.
For the record, ones spirituality and ones choice to be charitable are personal, and the government should not be involved.
If a civil war doesn't happen between now and then it will still mean the end of America. Leftist-think destroys everything in its path eventually and sometimes quickly. Look at Venezuela. It is now a failed state due to leftist thinking. Roman and Greek empires died an agonizing death due to the same kind of leftist thinking.
It's a mental disease. A very dangerous one which is why we must win. This is an all or nothing battle for our country right now. If hitlerette wins; we're done for. If Trump wins we may be able to right the ship but it will mean some incredible changes for America. The kind the left will start a war over. Either way we end up in a civil war. Things like cutting back on freebies, cutting all benefits to non citizens, dissolving o'care and replacing it with a workable system that is voluntary and not mandatory, and fixing the anchor baby loophole. Things that need doing anyway but the left will never do it so we must.
I know the type. They are damaged goods. Mentally diseased. There is nothing short of a lobotomy that can fix them. Nothing.
No White guilt here.
No, I don’t think so. I’m guilty of these things. However, through our Lord, Jesus, I am forgiven.
I still did ‘em, though, and I do regret that.
She did? Oh how awful. Humans can be so awful, really. It’s a wonder the Lord can put up with us.
You are right. The worst part was that I didn’t understand, and still don’t, what she had against me. It took a couple of years t let it go, and a lot of prayer and conscious effort.
It still puzzles me, but I don’t dwell on any anymore.
