Numerous officers not moving. Looked like pools of blood near the officers bodies.
This area will be a crime scene for several days or longer.

I would think ISIS would be more interested in killing as many as possible, not just specific targets. This smells like BLM to me, they have one group they hate above all the rest and they picked them only.

Tac Radio office just called in to ask if everyone had been evacuated from Texas Club, across the street.
Another office called in from 3rd floor of the parking garage saying a group of officers was there, do they need to pull out?
