Poll was taken Tuesday evening. No time for the masses to really be exposed to the fallout.

That said, considering everything going on, Trump should be down by ten points.

In 1988, Dukakis led by double digits in July.

What’s clear is Hillary’s ethical baggage is weighing her down and she can’t seem to clear the trust hurdle.

In spite of not being indicated for brazen violations of national security statutes.

“Poll was taken Tuesday evening. No time for the masses to really be exposed to the fallout.”

Indeed. At that point, the media had pretty much just reacted with shock. It was yesterday that the real damage was done, in which nearly ALL media outlets universally scorned Hillary for her lies, her carelessness, and her potential damage to national security.

Yesterday was when the “Tale of Two Press Conferences” Trump ad came out, and quite a bit of the media featured very similar, side-by-side video of Hillary and Comey. Aside from “progressive” propaganda organs like Vox, Slate, Salon, etc., most of the media played it straight on this one.
