Didn’t Clinton effectively alter and clandestinely augment the structure of the State Dept’s already-in-place and otherwise secure computer network system in the first place? How would she have been authorized to act as an IT manager other than by her having assumed the role or illegally outsourcing the task? Were there any actual State Dept. IT managers that were made aware of her actions? Who are they? Comey needs to answer some questions.

The sad thing is that he explained first how she had broke the law. And for horrible reasons she should not be prosecuted.
1) He said nobody had been prosecuted for this. But thats not true. People have been. But further, the law has changed, and congress intentionally strengthened it. In technology you can’t look for history. Email has only been around for 20 years.
2) He said she got nothing for this. And always worked in the governments interest. But its clear she put her political career above the interests of the US security. That is personal gain above US security. And that is illegal.

Trump took the percieved unfairness of how the Colorado delegates were chosen and gained substantial momentum. He can use this unfairness to energize voters for november. Hillary will be pounded into the ground.
