FOX NEWS LIVE ^ | 07-05-2016 | cww

Posted on 07/05/2016 8:13:59 AM PDT by CWW

WOW -- JUST WOW!!!

sloppiness, negligence, etc. but not willful and intentional acts

162 emails contained classified email.

8 - top secret

2000 emails up classified to make confidential.

Several thousand work-related emails discovered that Hillary didn't disclose.

No evidence of intentional deletion.

Evidence of Extreme Carelessness in Handling Email. There's evidence that Hillary and others should have known that handling of emails was improper.

No proof of hacking, but hacking by hostile actors may have occurred.

FBI Recommends: No Prosecution.

Can somebody post section 18 as it’s own thread?

Comey said they don’t normally recommend actions but will in this case. That’s to get Loretta off the hook, that’s what their rapid response team came up with to let Loretta say she’d take whatever was recommended.

Maybe this email issue was a “loss leader” to obtain data for an indictment regarding the Clinton Foundation corruption?

Man I pray that you are right. My take is a little different though. The NWO will assure a Clinton victory through fraud and insure the final Marxification (like that? I just invented a new term.) of the U.S.

And just an aside, the Brexit is still 2 yrs. in the future. 2 yrs is an eternity when dealing with progressives intervening in a process. I’m hopeful but by no means confident.

***“Well, Doctor, what have we got—a Republic or a Monarchy?”

“A Republic, if you can keep it.”

It’s taken about 230 years, but looks like we’re about to get a response to the qualification Franklin added in his answer above.***

It began its death throws at the start of the Civil War, when Lincoln abolished States rights. It died today.

“NO REASONABLE PROSECUTOR WOULD TAKE SUCH A CASE.”

We cannot hope for a few honest stand up government employees, leaks or even Trump to make things right. It is up to us expose the corruption and drive a stake through the heart of DC.

Comey says no reasonable prosecutor would take on such a case? Right. No reasonable prosecutor has ever prosecuted [and won] such a case Ever?

OK Comey, game on. It is time to prove you wrong. Time to find such cases prosecuted by reasonable prosecutors.

My hunch is there are enough case to determine what you meant was we will know what you meant was ' no reasonable prosecutor [wanting to maintain their livelihood] would take on such a case [involving the Clintons].'

.

Just don't know where to start looking.

They are all so busy covering each others' rear ends that the country could burn and they wouldn't even look up. What greater inducement do the Muzzlimes need to just walk right in? They've already got their people placed in high U.S. government positions, thanks to the Muzzlime in Chief. They have training camps throughout the country which are strictly left alone by local authorities. They commit many exploratory acts of violence against the American public with little or no punishment, thanks to Odungo. So they know the coast is clear. What the HELL is wrong with the retards who cheer wildly for Odungo and Hillary? Is there not a single normally functioning neuron present in their shriveled brains?

A platoon leader in another battery lost his CEOI on a field exercise, when the chain broke. Although he was a ring knocker, his career was over from that point.

From this day forth, I will advise anyone who asks me to stay away from serving in the military. Our civilian "leadership" is not worth shedding one drop of blood.

Have you folks seen the clinton body count? I can’t imagine bill clinton having the power to do even the FBI in... but if you look at the count of those who are either dead or in prison from Arkansas to Washington, it’s beyond belief that those 2 people can be connected to that kind of list ... many were high in position... I’d guess no one is out of their reach. It becomes the norm for such.

I just wonder what went on in that loretta lynch meeting if it was not threats. That smile bill wears is not a friendly smile. The Bushes didn’t care who he was... he was charming and they like him. He’s a snake! and they say hillary is even worse.

Folsom Naval Reservist is Sentenced After Pleading Guilty to Unauthorized (trunc) (2015)

FBI ^ | 7-29-15 | FBI
Posted on 7/5/2016, 10:12:45 AM by dynachrome

SACRAMENTO, CA—Bryan H. Nishimura, 50, of Folsom, pleaded guilty today to unauthorized removal and retention of classified materials,
U.S. Magistrate Judge Kendall J. Newman immediately sentenced Nishimura to two years of probation, a $7,500 fine, and forfeiture of personal media containing classified materials. Nishimura was further ordered to surrender any currently held security clearance and to never again seek such a clearance.

Nishimura was a Naval reservist deployed in Afghanistan in 2007 and 2008. In his role as a Regional Engineer for the U.S. military in Afghanistan, Nishimura had access to classified briefings and digital records that could only be retained and viewed on authorized government computers.

Nishimura, however, caused the materials to be downloaded and stored on his personal, unclassified electronic devices and storage media. He carried such classified materials on his unauthorized media when he traveled off-base in Afghanistan and, ultimately, carried those materials back to the United States at the end of his deployment. In the United States, Nishimura continued to maintain the information on unclassified systems in unauthorized locations, and copied the materials onto at least one additional unauthorized and unclassified system.

Nishimura’s actions came to light in early 2012, when he admitted to Naval personnel that he had handled classified materials inappropriately. Nishimura later admitted that, , he destroyed a large quantity of classified materials he had maintained in his home. Despite that, when the Federal Bureau of Investigation searched Nishimura’s home in May 2012, agents recovered numerous classified materials in digital and hard copy forms. The investigation did not reveal evidence that Nishimura intended to distribute classified information to unauthorized personnel.

This case was the product of an investigation by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant United States Attorney Jean M. Hobler prosecuted the case.

The investigation did not reveal evidence that Nishimura intended to distribute classified information to unauthorized personnel. So, Nishimura’s lawyers will be going to a federal court to get his sentence reversed and multi million $’s due to this abortion of justice aka an aeronautical intercourse of Americans for the Clintoons!

“NO REASONABLE PROSECUTOR WOULD TAKE SUCH A CASE.”

That was Comey's way of preemptively discrediting any DoJ prosecutors or FBI agents who come out publicly to criticize this decision. In essence it's the same sort of demagoguery that 0bama and Hillary employ on a regular basis.

If by ‘skate’ you mean 30 months in prison and a $250K fine? (Yes, it was commuted by Bush 43.) Sorry, the finer points of sarcasm are blowing right past me today. So hissed off, I could chew iron ore and spit rivets.

Everything else I would love to say would get me kicked off Free Republic...or worse. The less said, the better.

Comey throwing the book at Scooter Libby and letting Clinton go without even a misdemeanor proves he is weak, corrupt, a Dem tool and a disgrace to himself, his family and his country.

Another thing that I now wonder about is the bill clinton loretta lynch meeting in Phoenix last week and them being spotted after a local reporter was tipped off. I now think that was a set up so she could then come out and say ‘oops, that was dumb and I wouldn’t do that again, so I will just accept what the FBI director Comey says we should do. I think the fix was in back then and this gave her an out so she will not be blamed for not bringing charges against hitlery. It basically took all the pressure off lynch. How convenient. Yes, it made her look bad, at the very least, stupid and incompetent, but it got the press off her back and put the clinton crimes to bed... sort of. Everyone still knows she’s a crook so that didn’t go away but her corrupt supporters don’t care about that.
