BREAKING: FBI RECOMMENDS NO PROSECUTION OF HILLARY CLINTON!!!
FOX NEWS LIVE ^ | 07-05-2016 | cww

Posted on 07/05/2016 8:13:59 AM PDT by CWW

WOW -- JUST WOW!!!

sloppiness, negligence, etc. but not willful and intentional acts

162 emails contained classified email.

8 - top secret

2000 emails up classified to make confidential.

Several thousand work-related emails discovered that Hillary didn't disclose.

No evidence of intentional deletion.

Evidence of Extreme Carelessness in Handling Email. There's evidence that Hillary and others should have known that handling of emails was improper.

No proof of hacking, but hacking by hostile actors may have occurred.

FBI Recommends: No Prosecution.

Drudge headline says, “Magic - She’s Cleared”.

Haha - is he referring to the work of the Magic Negro?

Prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before deciding whether to bring charges,” Comey said.

Yes, like "Will I lose my job?", "Will I or my family be murdered?", "Will I get away with it?"...................

Sloppiness = Sandy Burglar steels 3 classified files in his pants during the 9/11 investigation - Nothing done.

Scooter Libby does jail time for purgery after testifying in a case (plame scandal) that was settled before the investigation started. Her husband told the media and the prosecutor knew this before the investigation began.

There is a VAST LEFT WING CONSPIRACY.

Putin will wait until Hillary is elected, and use the information as blackmail. Sorry, Ukraine and the Baltic states, but better brush up on your Russian. The Chinese likely have the same information. Were I in a leadership position in Japan, Taiwan, or South Korea, I would recommend developing nuclear capacity ASAP.

If they can rig this they will rig the election too.

True, but the FBI made their decision. It’s over.

Won’t work. Her poll numbers will be sky high from here on. The Clinton’s make hay out of scandals.

“You would have to be terribly naive to ever think she’d be prosecuted.”

Perhaps, but thinking there could be a chance is not.

Luckily, the statute of limitations will not have expired on January 20, 2017.

Comey needs to be breaking rocks for obstruction of justice, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and a few more crimes.

Is there anyone honest left in government?

The debates could be fun...

"The FBI found no evidence of wrong doing..."

[Trump interrupts] "Just to be clear, that was after you deleted thousands of e-mails..."

"While I regret the action..."

[Trump interrupts] "And sent my husband to make a deal with the attorney general..."

"The FBI did a full independent investigation!"

"Is it my turn now? Right, thank you. Look, Crooked Hillary wanted a private e-mail server so she wouldn't have to deal with pesky freedom of information act requests, so she could bury her activities, and her lawyers went through and wiped out any evidence of wrong doing. She was smart, but it certainly isn't presidential. You know, for the most transparent administration in history, it sure does seem like everyone could do whatever the heck they wanted to, and the boss only found out when it was on the front page of USA Today. That's sad, that's why we made awful deals with the Iranians and Chinese. By the way, would you mind telling us how much those two countries donated to the Clinton Family Foundation? I'm just curious how much easy deals cost these days... Is it more than what you rented the Lincoln bedroom out for last time you were in the White House?"

No one that has been following Hillary’s trail of crimes committed for the last, at least two, decades should be surprised by this.

having knowledge of this subject.....it is my view, that HC stole government property, by intercepting communication information and data then directing the communication to a privately located computer......no different than a government employee using government issued credit card to fill their automobile with gasoline

I don’t think so. Comey laid out enough facts to show that, according to the Law, she was guilty. So like our Chief Justice... he “blinked”.

Other people go to jail for this and would not ever get a security clearance ever again.

But Hillary is different. Of course.
