Pretty damning overall of the entire State Department under Crooked Hillary’s watch. Lax security and carelessness.

I guess Hillary and her staff didn’t know at all that they would be handling classified information. This is bs. She should get charged with obstruction at the very least.

-- What we've done ... what we've found ... what we're recommending ... --

Yeah, except the FBI stops at "findings," limiting its conclusion to finding probable cause (or not) a crime was committed.

Comey is describing the investigation, recovery of e-mails. Painting a picture of thorough review, including that some classified information was received, there was no deliberate deletion of e-mail. The system she used did not archive e-mails, so no surprise at missing e-mails. Describes how Clinton's lawyers looked for state dept email, by search term - compared with FBI reading all messages, so FBI found some emails that weren;t produced.

Comey says reasonable confidence no intentional conduct in deletion activity.

Did not find clear evidence of intention to violate laws, but evidence of extreme carelessness (the legal standard is "gross negligence").

Comey is expressing concern, but I don't think he is going to forward a report that finds probable cause of a crime exists. He is criticizing Hillary, but the criticism stops here, plus whatever political fallout follows from his statement. No evidence the system was hacked, but hostile actors did obtain access to accounts of others who used Hillary's server. It is possible that hostile actors found HIllary's email.

As for recommendations, this is prosecotor's territory - although FBI does recommend, it does not do so publicly. Concludes that no reasonable prosecutor would btring a case.

recommendations:

no resasonable prosecutor would bring a case. So she mishandled and violated regulations, but no criminal charges.

No INTENT or VAST Quantities or Disloyalty to the US
