In the birther movement, Mr. Trump recognized an opportunity to connect with the electorate over an issue many considered taboo: the discomfort, in some quarters of American society, with the election of the nation’s first black president. The more Mr. Trump questioned the legitimacy of Mr. Obama’s presidency, the better he performed in the early polls of the 2012 Republican field, springing from fifth place to a virtual tie for first.
That frenzied period culminated six weeks after it began in a surreal televised split screen between Mr. Trump and the White House briefing room, where aides released an image of the president’s birth certificate proving he was born in Honolulu and Mr. Obama directly addressed the issue.
It was a remarkable moment that Mr. Trump celebrated as a political victory.
Then Mr. Trump did something decidedly un-Trump-like: He dropped the issue and rarely spoke of it publicly again.
According to people apprised of the conversations, people close to him had been worried about the negative attention. Officials at NBC had also been concerned that he was alienating the large black audience of his hit show, “The Apprentice.”
But for all of his fascination with the president’s birth certificate, Mr. Trump apparently never dispatched investigators or made much of an effort to find the documents.
Dr. Alvin Onaka, the Hawaii state registrar who handled queries about Mr. Obama, said recently through a spokeswoman that he had no evidence or recollection of Mr. Trump or any of his representatives ever requesting the records from the Hawaii State Department of Health.

I’m thinking the BC issue and Trump are still residing in the heads of the NY Times’ editors. They now see Hilldibeast in a criminal investigation and Obozo will not be far behind her when Trump becomes president. The reason that Trump is silent is the he needs to take a hands off to the work of his AG on Obozo. Trump forced Obozo to incriminate himself with the phony BC. That was ‘check mate’ for Trump. Now the prosecution for fraud is a slam dunk case with Joe’s leg work.

1960 era clerks used a manual typewriter.
You pushed down on a button, and the letter, attached to an arm, would fly up, strike a ribbon, and “stamp” a letter onto the paper positioned behind the ink soaked ribbon.
The entire assembly would advance, left to right, the same predetermined distance. Each typed letter/number occupied the same amount of room on each line.
Each typewriter was unique. You tie a document back to the typewritter used.
The OP demonstrates that two different typewriters were used to fill out the form. In fact, some demonstrate multiple types of font and spacing.
The Birth Certificate pdf is a fake, and compiled from more than one sample document from the 1960’s

The typewriter carriage mechanically advances the same distance, left to right, with each keystroke.
The mechanical typewriter does not know what letter or number you will type next.
The typewriter gives each letter/number the same linear space.
Imagine vertical plumb lines dropping from the sides of each letter. The space between the lines is always the same.
When you line up the letters “a”, you expect the sixth letter to the right, and the eighth letter to the left, to be directly below a letter from the comparative sentence above!
Seems to me a clerk typed one line on the pre-printed form, inserted the form into a second typewriter, lined everything up, and proceeded to type a second line, then repeating and moving to a third typewriter for the third line, etc.
A clerk ought to use one typewriter to fill out the form
Fine summary. And there is a video tape of Obama at a meeting with some mohammedan, can't remember the name, that the Los Angeles Times spirited away for safe keeping. All in all, Obama's history was scrubbed and white-washed for public consumption. I imagine that there will be a cornucopia of books about him after he leaves office.

All indicators taken together, the operative words are “at best.” Odds are very good to excellent that Obama’s IQ is slightly-to-somewhat below average.
And as far as the public was concerned, that appears to be what he did. He let it go.
However, that Trump is now in contention for the presidency perhaps speaks to what he uncovered in that research, along with all he's learned in all these many years of watching the "Powers That Be" in action from his unique vantage point.
As I watch the many now come against him, I pray for Trump's continuous divine protection and guidance.

There are hundreds of issues with the creation of what was posted on WH.gov and most were known within hours of it’s appearance. The post on the previous page does not say anything to me and probably more who look at it without an explanation.
