The FBI is being sued by survivors of the shooting inside the Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, who say federal mistakes enabled Dylann Roof to buy the .45-caliber handgun he used.
Lawyers for three people who survived the attack and the estates of five who were slain say the FBI negligently failed to conduct a thorough background check before Roof bought the gun last year.

No that is not what happened. He had been charged with a Felony, which would prevent him buying. The problem was that not all computers can do talk to each other, that is what happened. Technology may be great but different computers, software and hardware, do not always have access to each other.
Another money making scheme. Wouldn’t be surprised if the govt was putting them up to it.
I’m really sick of how these victims and families have literally become millionaires since the murders.
$3.5 million from the Feds, countless local fundraisers along with state national contributions and now this.
It has crossed the line as far as feeling sympathy and compassion. Now it is pure greed.
