That provides irrefutable cause for immediate impeachment.
Every single congressman is complicit for NOT doing so.
This is like a police officer saying in public he will not discharge his duties... and then expecting to receive a paycheck.

The reality of power politics —
Each of the 3 branches can say and do whatever it likes. There is great power in that for each individual branch. The ONLY check on that power is if BOTH of the other branches want to stop you.
Obama can be stopped by impeachment. Nothing else.
And that ain’t happening.
He can only NOT enforce deportations, etc. Any attempt at actual amnesty would be illegal. Trump is on the way and will end this madness.
County clerk’s in Kentucky don’t get to do that.
If Muhammad Hussein Obola has any sense he will relocate to a non-extraditable country the day before President Trump takes office.
Very acceptable treason to any member of the GOP.
The “US” Congress (read GOP and Uniparty)
would not accept incurable tuberculosis,
or Islamic terrorists, or EV-D68, at THEIR table,
but they demand Americans be killed, raped and infected.
No wonder they keep themselves EXEMPT, and everyone
else got ObamaCARE except Moslems, the chosen religion
of the White Mosque and SCOTUS.
He just took an “Oaf of Office” instead. But really, the problem lies with Congress - controlled by the Underground Democrat Party - that gives tacit support to his illegal acts.

Congress is not “stupid”.
This is what both parties want, open borders.
Trump sort of messed things up by even bringing up the borders. If it was any other Republican candidate immigration and borders would not even be mentioned.
All three branches of government are defying what the people want (four if you include the media).
We are living in “interesting times” and it is impossible to predict with any certainty where it will all end.
