Exclusive: State Department Won’t Release Clinton Foundation Emails for 27 Months

Department of Justice officials filed a motion in federal court late Wednesday seeking a 27-month delay in producing correspondence between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s four top aides and officials with the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings, a closely allied public relations firm that Bill Clinton helped launch.

If the court permits the delay, the public won’t be able to read the communications until October 2018, about 22 months into her prospective first term as President. The four senior Clinton aides involved were Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Michael Fuchs, Ambassador-At-Large Melanne Verveer, Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, and Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin.

They are deliberately delaying processing of information requests involving Clinton's illegal activities.

The truism is “Justice delayed IS justice denied!” The Obama / Kerry State Department is ‘slow-walking’ this as hard as they can. They are making a snail look speedy by comparison. Delay and obfuscate until the issue is on the back page and close to forgotten!

FYI: This is not a new tactic for the career bureaucrats of this Administration. The IRS / Lois Learner (AND COMPANY!) Scandal was doing the same ‘slow-walk’ in granting or denying favorable tax status to the petitioning conservative organizations. They were kept in limbo and constantly asked for more paperwork, often quite intrusive! Yet their case was NEVER DECIDED, so there was nothing concrete to complain about.

I’m pretty sure he’s doing it to cover his ass. Biden winning the Presidency (heh heh) really doesn’t do much for Barry outside of having his VP in office. He really doesn’t need that. You know Barry’s going to take his arrogance to the world stage once he leaves office.

I think the Clintons have to have something on Obama that scares the living crap out of him. I don’t think its birth certificates or anything like that ... he can talk his way out of that and the press will cover for him. It has to be something quite large if I’m right. This could get interesting.

Someone who works deep inside a bureaucracy can completely stymie the guy at the top. I’ve seen it any number of times. The guy at the top would have to walk down into the basement and find the right person and pin them to the wall to get what he wants. But they never, ever do that. A federal judge needs to put the top guy in prison until his organization finds the plug and flushes it.

They'll dump enough innocent emails to let Hillary know they have all emails - and convince voters there's nothing damaging. They'll save the best for when they need something from President Hillary. Even if they prefer President Trump on policy they are better off if they own President Hillary.

We could literally be in a spot where the president can't do anything without Russia/China/Iran approving or she goes to jail. While delaying the emails protects her for the election it confirms that damaging emails exist - and likely prison-worthy damage or they'd find a better way to deal with them.
