EPA recently tried to shut down Navajo Indian operated Power Generation Plant in Arizona. Indians fought back and WON!. EPA thereafter caused a toxic water retention pond dam to fail near Durango CO, upstream from the Navajo tribal area. Revenge?

Thank you for referencing that article george76. Please note that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

"More cases are coming to light on the extreme overreach of this organization [emphasis added]."

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Patriots, this is not just a problem of overreach.

More specifically, please consider that not only have the states never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate INTRAstate environmental issues, but even if the states had done so, Congress has no constitutional authority to delegate legislative / regulatory to non-elected bureaucrats like those running the constitutionally undefined EPA.

In fact, it can be argued that lawmakers are letting non-elected federal bureaucrats outside the legislative branch get away with stealing 10th Amendment-protected state powers so that these faceless bureaucrats can do Congress's unpopular, unconstitutional legislative work for it. By letting bureucrats do their dirty work for them, lawmakers can keep their voting records clean. And by keeping their voting records clean, corrupt lawmakers are able to fool low-information patriots into reelecting them.

Remember in November !

Patriots need to support Trump by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will not only work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trump’s vision for making America great again for everybody, but will put a stop to unconstitutional federal government interference in state affairs.

Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

Well kind of defeats the purpose if it isn’t obvious enough to the decision makers for it to make them modify their behavior...

There do seem to be vast numbers of ignorant and faceless government time-servers who have confused themselves with Hitler’s SS.

The leftie, low information fools know not what they are really doing.

Like Trotsky [ or Ernst Röhm ] did not realize until too late what Stalin [ Hitler ] was going to do to him.

Have you seen the prime-time reboot of the Match Game?

The host is wearing a lapel mike, but is using the same "fishing pole" microphone as a prop.

The government is waging war against its own citizens.

These abuses of citizens over "environmental" matters were rampant during the Clinton administration, as well. Perhaps it is a consequence of placing political appointees in charge, instead of scientists who have worked their way up in the system.

What these lame f**ks don't understand is, there are more of us than them.

We should be surrounding their buildings and daring them to come out.
