Poll: Clinton extends lead over Trump
CNN ^ | June 29, 2016 | Gregory Krieg

Hillary Clinton leads Donald Trump by six points, 44% to 38%, in a Fox News poll of registered voters released Wednesday, marking an uptick from similar polls released in May and June.

The Fox News results follow a rough patch for the Trump campaign: In May, the presumptive Republican nominee enjoyed a three-point lead in the same survey. But by early June, those numbers had flipped, with Clinton jumping out to a 42% to 39% advantage.

CNN's Poll of Polls -- an average of results for the five most recent publicly released national polls that meet CNN's standards for publication -- has Clinton leading Trump 46% to 40%.

One thing to keep in mind: the actual elections are state by state, not national, so these polls are not predictors of who will really win in Nov.

Another important thing to take away is that it will be a close election, so we need all reasonable people to actually VOTE! -- for Trump, of course.

Yes, she’s really been “on fire” of late and hence the bump inthe polls. Makes perfect sense...

These polls are pure BS meant to demoralize Trump supporters. We’re not buying.

I believe this is the poll that shows Trump only getting 1% of the Black vote. That is pure bullsh!t.

Precisely. These polls are garbage. What about the MSN poll that had Trump up by TWENTY POINTS? That was just a few days ago. Now - into they memory hole.

IMO, Trump is leading Hillary nonstop.

Not true. The no vote was leading at the end. Having said that, I think the polls reflect a rough patch for Trump. I gotta admit he seems to be doing better over the last few days though. Maybe that will reflect in the polls soon.

They know that people will look at polls and think “Why bother” the election is FIVE months away things are going to change, go up and down. Im in SoCal, if I can go vote knowing my vote doesn’t mean diddly squat, everyone can go vote too..and I will proudly vote for Trump!

I can’t wrap my head around the possibility Hillary winning and the damage that would bring to the country, but I’m not 100% that Trump can win.

What about the poll showing them tied? The polls can’t all be right.

I would not trust Fox to poll this election honestly.

Trying to frame a pro Clinton narrative, faux excitement, enough to make low energy Jeb dance a jig for his sister, doesn’t matter if its true or not, only that enough people believe its true,

The numbers are not as bad as they seem. Trump is only behind because his support among republicans went down to 74%.

Trump beats Hillary among independents by a wide margin.

4 years ago Romney got over 90% of the republican vote on election day. Trump won’t do any worse. That’s why we are now reading things like this:

Bogus polls are a tactic the left has used time after time in elections to tamp down voter enthusiasm of their opponent. DON’T BUY IT!
