On June 16, police were called to an unlikely scene: an end-of-the-year class party at the William P. Tatem Elementary School in Collingswood.
A third grader had made a comment about the brownies being served to the class. After another student exclaimed that the remark was "racist," the school called the Collingswood Police Department, according to the mother of the boy who made the comment.

Good thing they didn’t serve Twinkies.
Why not just draw a simple line: if an alleged incident doesn’t involve criminal activity, it’s none of the cops’ business? In all of my time in grade school and high school there wasn’t a single incident of the police having been called.
So who was being raped and murdered while the cop with the gun was interrogating a child? What a sad joke.
This is a criminal matter? Even if the child made a racist comment(which he probably did not) it should have been addressed by the teacher.
It almost never fails that the children of interracial couples are the most insane on race issues. Never fails. Two libs hook up and end up with a racist, radical off-spring.
“Good thing they didnt serve Twinkies.”
... or Fruit Loops.
There are plenty more reasons than this.
yeah. I hate lawyers and lawsuits. But if they did this to my kids d I’d sue 6-7 figures worth. These brain dead leftist mutants need an education.
Done kid yourself, private and charter schools teach the same doctrines.
I said something using the word blacks in a sentence and one of my 4th graders wanted to know if that was allowed.
From an interracial family we had the white woman who was passing herself off as an afro wearing black woman. Head of the naacp office out there until she was outed and resigned.
Multiculturalism is so freakin awesome!
Yes but for this reason alone, who would want to subject themselves to this crap?
Not to mention that this kind of idiocy is very disruptive, in a number of ways, to the kids getting any kind of education.
:)
I said that 20 years ago.....
What did the kid say ?
Well ok, just delete “town” from my post.
Yes, she’s quite famous. Rachel somebody.
