The Obama administration is looking into whether it can challenge the Supreme Court’s decision to block President Barack Obama’s plan to spare millions of illegal immigrants from deportation, U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch said Tuesday.

“We will be reviewing the case and seeing what, if anything else, we need to do in court,” Lynch told Reuters in an interview.

Lynch did not say what legal options the Obama administration may pursue following a split decision by the Supreme Court justices last week that left in place a block on the executive action by a lower court.

She said any future executive actions Obama may take on immigration would be left to the White House. …

I’m getting the impression that Trump can handle pretty much anything that gets hurled his way. He doesn’t seem to be afraid of anything—genuine Alpha male.

You make a good point about what is happening in Venezuela.

One thing about the recent history of Venezuela that goes un mentioned is the fact that Hugo Chavez used violence by gangs of thugs, many of them illegal aliens, to intimidate the defenseless middle class into accepting his take overs of the country

I left Venezuela in 1973 long before the Bolivarian Constitution which was the start of the destruction of Venezuela.

I thought the Left loves to say that SCJ decisions are “settled law - move on”.

Only if they win. ;)

Bro, Trump MUST WIN! If for some UnGodly reason he doesn’t, we need to organize and fast.

And if Trump does the organizing that’s fine.

#### this. I’m not waiting till they show at my ####ing door.

If by organizing you mean lock and load because hitlerette installs a far left SC judge and takes away our 2nd Amendment then I agree. This is a must-win election. We cannot lose at any cost.

-- DOJ goes lawless once again. --

DOJ todayu, SCOTUS tomorrow. The "bad cop" role is swapped amongst the three branches, issue by issue.

None of them "follow the law" except when it suits them.

-- Can he put a Supreme Court justice as a recess appointment ! --

Sure. It's been done. The only thing stopping him is convention.

Eisenhower recess appointed Brennan and Stewart, and elevated Warren to Chief Justice on a "recess basis." George Washington made a SCOTUS appointment on a recess basis too, but his pick was not later confirmed.

Thanks for the update.

I found this unofficial translation of Venezuela’s 1961 constitution online, and it reads quite similarly to the 1999 constitution.

Who would ultimately decide the ‘legality’ of such an appointment? Do you have the slightest confidence that SCOTUS would reject such an appointment? Or that Congress would act?

Sounds like him and Manson agrees with each other.

It really is sad watching what people are doing to this country by throwing the constitution in the mud. These people would have been told to leave the convention.
