WASHINGTON, June 28 (UPI) -- A tracking poll in the U.S. presidential election shows Democrat Hillary Clinton widening her lead over Republican Donald Trump and approaching the 50 percent threshold nationally in a head-to-head matchup.
The NBC News/SurveyMonkey online weekly tracking poll shows Clinton with a 49 percent-41 percent lead over Trump, her largest lead in that poll since it began tracking the likely general election matchup in early May.

Were people congratulating him after the Orlando shootings? I think they probably were, that hey Donald you were prescient about a problem. But true, sometimes being sympathetic means more than being right.
I recall polls showing leave will win also. There was a bit of back and forth and the result was not such a large difference. A total of 4 percent? Close to many margin of error.
If it ain’t true, then just chill. Don’t sweat the small stuff.

It was traditional in presidential elections for the candidates to begin their campaigning after Labor Day. That tradition ended when Bill Clinton and Al Gore hit the campaign trail just after the Democrat convention in 1992.
Now, supposedly, Trump has to hit the campaign trail before the convention and fight Hillary and the GOPe.
The Republican convention will be when the tide starts turning big time against the witch.
I usually watch the Today show for the first 15 minutes to get a line on the day’s democratic talking points. Repeatedly for the last few days, Matt Lauer proclaims that Trump is trying to restart his stumbling campaign.
Now, Trump’s campaign is not stumbling; it is the MSM who is trying to jerk the rug out from under him with repeating endlessly these type comments. The object is, of course, to try and persuade low information types that Trump is in a hopeless situation. It is all manufactured nonsense; Hillary is the one who is in trouble.

And I'll further bet you that on election day, just like those who were against Brexit over the pond, Hillary will lose that one poll that happens after election day (after seeing an amazing "tightening" in the polls in the leadup up to that day).
So I'd like to call a moratorium on helping the Enemy Media, Establishment Left, GOPe, and their ilk to breathlessly parrot anti-Trump propaganda, because that's exactly what it is, and that's all that it is. I ask you, what other purpose could it possibly serve?

Think about the turnout Trump produced for primaries. He’s proven his ability to get the vote out. Now remember the primary turnout for the Dems, even with Bernie’s Burn Victims passion it was still way down. I think that a lot of people who don’t like Trump will just sit this one out because they don’t really like Hillary either. Yes they both have high unlikable numbers, but he inspires and she does not. I don’t think her being a woman will give her that much of a bump because Americans(men and women alike) want the first female president to be not only capable, but good looking and younger than Clinton.

Spot on. Textbook gaslighting going on here by Team Benghazi. They are attempting to create the impression Trump has no hope to win and that will depress support for him.
