"Dance Moms" star Abby Lee Miller pleaded guilty Monday to bankruptcy fraud and failing to report thousands of dollars in Australian currency she brought into the country.

She was charged last fall with illegally trying to hide $775,000 worth of income from the Lifetime network reality show and spinoff projects during her Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Authorities later accused her of dividing more than $120,000 into plastic bags and having others in her group put the bags in their luggage in August 2014, violating a law requiring people to report bringing more than $10,000 worth of foreign currency into the country.

One thing I learned going to Detroit Public Schools is that words mean things. In arithmetic, we didn't round numbers to the nearest tenth or so. Also, I had a machine tool class where we had to hold tolerances to +-.0003 (three-thousands of an inch. If I rounded numbers the way you do or did, I would have received a failing grade. My wife and I and our dogs would go over to the folks every Sunday for dinner. After dinner we'd walk the dogs. Our one dog (Rocky) would practically drag us to Abby's house because he loved her dog. She'd come out with her dog and we'd talk about the pups or the neighborhood or the weather or something. She was always nice to us. I will say that growing up, as kids, she got ragged mercilessly for being, um, a little more than slim.
