At least he could have plead insanity or not even have been there for the shooting.
But if he was there for the shooting and was “apparently just standing around” as was stated in post 2, then he’s complicit.
If you just saw your wife murder your daughters in cold blood, then would you *just be standing around*???????
How do YOU know what transpired that did not get reported?
How do YOU know the police did not question and then leave them alone?
How do YOU know that household did not have a history with police? With them shaking their heads regretfully, but they’ve seen it a thousand times over and the courts will not do squat so why should they?
And pretty sure this incident was the antithesis of "in cold blood."
