Bad place to be. Some people learned that a long time ago and stay away. You can’t fix stupid, you can’t help people who won’t help themselves. If ever there was a place that needed a reset button this is it. Step away and let it self-destruct or just burn it to the ground. Don’t pour more good money after bad rubbish. Some places are just a waste of effort and Somalia is one of them. One of many.
