Even if dominated by them, it wasn’t just socialist gasbags, unless Churchill fits in that category too. He was for a United States of Europe.
[ The EU was a stupid idea. ]
Well, originally it was a decent idea, but with crap poor implementation and an ever increasing thirst for growing it’s own power because it grew more and more corrupt......
so yeah, I guess you are right, it was a bad idea...
A sad day for the New Worlders - may it continue - with the speed of a freight train...
ahahahahahaha
Thanks for the laugh - just the thing to close out the day...

I think the average European is realizing that rather than benefiting Europe (or Europeans) the EU had turned into a cash register for non-Europeans living closer to the equator. NAFTA did the same thing to us...
well Churchill did have some bad ideas......
Greece is not going anywhere, the gravy train is still making German timing stops every hour with deliverys of Quantative Easing Surplus’. Even if the Greeks sell every island in the Med, it would take years.
Out of planet Earth.
Great
did the common people in these ever get to vote on whether to join the EU in the first place ???
or was this something their “betters” decided for them ???
kind of like Obama and his decisions on our “behalf”
LOL!
EuSSR Is a form of soft totalitarianism.
Nothing sacrosanct about it. Soviet Union was also based on treaty until denounced in in December 1991 by its core members.
EuSSR can legally cease to exist by tearing up treaties that created it.
I didn’t sell a thing, but a lot of frightened rabbits probably sold off a lot, but that is another’s gain.
Hmm. I didn’t even see the writing. Can’t imagine why.
Dang! That’s funny!
