It never ceases to amaze me at how” holier than thou” Texans are here on FR, and yet they have two absolute $hit balls for US Senators, Cornyn & Cruz! These two are no more “effective” than the two Jewish Yentas we have here in California. They all must be “hitting” the Poke Salad too hard, or all the barbeque fat has replaced their brain cells!

Texan:

You missing brain cells? Musta been eatin' our BBQ!

BTW, I am a sinner praying for salvation. I am not 'holier' than anyone.

I didn’t realize someone could read a thread and not have the wherewithal to read a comment in context of the thread. Delegates are suing to stop Trump. The Speaker doesn’t support Trump. “Famous” bushbots are coming out of their closets to endorse HRC. Do you understand the context now? My suggestion is to withdraw from the Republican party. Leave it to the elites and move on. Is that plain enough for you? The Republican party is no more and hasn’t been for a long time.

No matter what context you choose to spin it in it’s a crappy idea. You’re trying to “teach” a lesson to the those too self absorbed and corrupt to learn.

Either get the clowns out of leadership positions (like Cntor and now Paul Ryan on Aug 9) or start an entirely new party. (Which, like the “Reform Party” is a non entity from the get-go)

Either way the idea to leave the Party now, which prevents you from determining it’s direction, and then re-joining it at the last moment is just plain foolishness at best. Political “musical chairs” is not a winning strategy.

You quite obviously have never been in a position to lead people towards an obtainable goal. Letting ideas like yours guide your political actions is suicidal for both you and the country, and merely serves to encourage those driving the bus to steer it further into the ditch.

The party leaders like Ryan, McConnell, etc. and Globalists like Yeb, Marco, Cruz, etc. need to loose their elected offices. Don’t just walk away from them, Toss THEM out on their ears with a nice coat of tar and feathers and a size 13 boot in their butts.

Carpe Diem.....Seize the day. Wrestle the reins of power from the professional politicians. Instead of serving the nation they’re serving themselves. Make that career choice un available. Make the political class extinct! Criminalize their treason (cuz that is just what it is!)

Guys like you never win. You just find new ways to lose.

The best direction for America right now is to destroy the political class, the people that pander to the special interests and big dollar globalist guys that are selling out the American people.

Trump is the man leading a movement to do just that. Playing musical chairs with the Party as you suggest ain’t gonna accomplish anything...nada, nothing. Especially not with a bloodless revolution in the air and accomplishing what needs to be done.

Must be an ignoramus. The idiot does not like Trump, than get over it. Hildabeast should have a lawsuit against her barring her from every states ballot because she has committed treason. Why does this so called repuglican (intentional mistake) do something wothwhile in Virginia file a case against the democratic governor whom gave 200,000 criminals the right to vote, or a lawsuit against the Hildabeast. So ted Cruz isn;t the nominee. The rest of us need to support Trump or what is left of this country is flushed down the toilet with the Hildabeast

It is a shame you cannot read and/or reason. You’ve assumed....never mind. Peace. Out. Hope you find a happy life.

Sue him for what?

Correll is a Cruz delegate. I was at the convention in Loudoun County, Virginia where he was elected. Political speech is protected under the First Amendment. Correll is exercising his first amendment rights.

His legal problem with his lawsuit, in my opinion, is that it is not ripe; there is no case or controversy until he votes on the first ballot against the results of the primary election (Trump only won 17 delegates, Rubio got 16, Cruz got 8, Kasich got 5 and Carson got 3). Because of the “case or controversy” requirement in the Constitution, Federal courts cannot issue “advisory opinions” (some states allow their courts to do this).

I see a federal district judge throwing this lawsuit out and telling the plaintiff to come back after the convention if at that time he was indicted by Virginia for failing to abide by their law.

“He could have reigned in his followers but not a damn word!”

Yep. He’s either up to something and still has fantasies about being President, or he’s just a nasty little jerk with the maturity of a four year old.

And, yes, Texas, you should be ashamed for electing this charlatan.

It wouldn’t be Cruz anyway. Scott Walker is their knight in shining armor that they want to swoop in and save the Republican party from all of us Republicans.

I’m sick of these self appointed elitists that think they are smarter than the rest of us.

20 trillion in the hole, the middle class being wiped out, but as long as their Georgetown cocktail parties continue they couldn’t be happier.

America is great in spite of its ruling class and not because of it.

And watch a third party candidate win the election if he runs independent cause the GOP won’t endorse him.
