Of course, he said this in and about Scotland, which voted to remain in the EU, but that’s none of my business.
Maybe it was a timing thing. Apparently, he was promoting one of his resorts, that happens to be in Scotland, and it had little to do with the UK. I’d be surprised that Trump planned this trip on a couple of hours notice.
Then again, if he did plan it this way, he is brilliant.
