Five reasons Brexit could signal Trump winning the White House
BBC ^ | June 20,2016 | Katy Kay

A victory for Brexit next week by no means guarantees a Trump victory in the autumn. However, if the forces of disgruntlement, nationalism, populism and anti-globalisation are strong enough to force a radical move in the UK, they may be strong enough to force a radical election in America too.

It will work out really well. Trump could start redoing trade deals with an excellent one that's advantageous to the CITIZENS of the US and Britain.

Countries that vote out The Masters can negotiate such deals amongst themselves once they escape.

Ideally, trade deals should only involve two countries. Think about it. Otherwise, everything gets finagled to work to the advantage of globalist interests and the elite.

Great Britain this morning is a clear signal that people in general are sick and tired of the globalist horseshit that has been slung at them for way too long, and Western civilization (especially here at home) is heading into full tilt 'Howard Beale Mode'.

You better believe this signals a Trump landslide in November.

It also strongly shows the reemergence of the Silent Majority.

They were the people who would never tell nosy posters that they were voting for Nixon or Reagan, but in the secrecy and sanctity of the ballot, gave Reagan and Nixon their wins.

So it was with Brexit, and will be with Trump.

If every C here works his or her arse off getting MOR voters in for The Donald, we win big!

It does signal that polls are useless. Not a single one got numbers right.

Come on Hillary....Tell the Brits how stupid they are to have voted like this. Obama told them beforehand.

The world turned upside down....again.

BBC’s calling a vote for a Trump presidency ‘radical’?

They’re going the way of CNN, if they’re not there already.

Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson is an American born, English politician, popular historian, and journalist who has served as Member of Parliament for Uxbridge and South Ruislip since 2015, and a strong supporter of Brexit. Look similar to anyone we know???

The two most surprising political phenomena of this year have been the rise of Donald Trump and the success of the Leave Europe camp in Britain's referendum on Brexit. Few pundits saw either coming

Few pundits wanted to see it coming. OTOH most people on Free Republic did see it coming.

And, finally, populism loves simplicity, especially, it seems, when it's dressed up with an impressively wacky hair do. Boris Johnson and Donald Trump appeal to the heart not the head, they offer simple solutions in a time of complex problems. It's an appealing message

Thanks to the author of this piece for reminding us just how stupid we Trumpsters are. I'd have already known if I weren't so stupid and kept forgetting.

May be strong enough?

Definitely strong enough! We invented revolt based on populist outrage. The fact that it has taken hold in a liberal establishment country like Britain is the REAL story here.
