So the 5th superseded the trial court judge and made a decision on the policy, or, more accurately, the 5th affirmed the appeal's court affirmation of the trial judge's discretion in issuing a temporary restraining order forbidding the implementation of the executive action until the trial is conducted?
it didn’t deal “a major blow” to his (now officially) unconstitutional immigration order. it dealt a fatal blow to his unconstitutional immigration order.
it’s horrifying that four justices were able to pervert the constitution in order to support this act of executive tyranny.
The scary part is that the four liberal judges voted in favor of the bill which essentially would give the President the authority to write law. Just think what a Hillary presidency would do to the Supreme Court.
