Kinda puts the spotlight on the justice that died a few months ago... They almost pulled it off...

Congratulations, Judge Hansen. Texas is very proud of you for standing against the Emeror’s power grab, something all the Republican cowards in the House and Senate were afraid to do. Shame on that sniveling bunch of sell-outs.

meaning that the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals’ November 2015 decision rejecting the policy stands.

So the 5th superseded the trial court judge and made a decision on the policy, or, more accurately, the 5th affirmed the appeal's court affirmation of the trial judge's discretion in issuing a temporary restraining order forbidding the implementation of the executive action until the trial is conducted?

it didn’t deal “a major blow” to his (now officially) unconstitutional immigration order. it dealt a fatal blow to his unconstitutional immigration order.

it’s horrifying that four justices were able to pervert the constitution in order to support this act of executive tyranny.

The scary part is that the four liberal judges voted in favor of the bill which essentially would give the President the authority to write law. Just think what a Hillary presidency would do to the Supreme Court.

I wonder if Obama will trash the judges who votes against this, after we learned last week that this can not be done.

Pretty scary the court went 4 - 4. That says a lot about where we are.
The next time there are Rat majorities in congress we’re done.

4 Supreme Court Justices said it was Constitutional for this administration to violate federal immigration law.

Thanks to the `86 general amnesty, we got the bizarre notion of birthright citizenship, or “anchor babies”.

http://www.cairco.org/issues/anchor-babies

“The original intent of the 14th Amendment was clearly not to facilitate illegal aliens defying U.S. law and obtaining citizenship for their offspring, nor obtaining benefits at taxpayer expense. Current estimates indicate there may be over 300,000 anchor babies born each year in the U.S., thus causing illegal alien mothers to add more to the U.S. population each year than immigration from all sources in an average year before 1965.”

All it did was embolden America’s Mexican Bund, `The Race’.
This is a critical election.
Another “comprehensive reform of immigration” would be the end of us.
Go Trump. Make America great again. Win win win.
