Pretty scary the court went 4 - 4. That says a lot about where we are.
The next time there are Rat majorities in congress we’re done.

4 Supreme Court Justices said it was Constitutional for this administration to violate federal immigration law.

The scary part is that the four liberal judges voted in favor of the bill which essentially would give the President the authority to write law. Just think what a Hillary presidency would do to the Supreme Court.

Bingo! We have 4 justices on the Supreme Court that voted against the Constitution which is suppose to be what they uphold. Now that is extremely scary and leaves Americans only one option left when the left gets this Supreme Court.

Actually, four of them said that it was constitutional for the president to effectively make law by EO. He still plans to violate the law, by using the device of “limited resources.” Illegal immigrants won’t be deported, even though the law says they shall be. What Obama was doing was converting illegal aliens into lawful permanent residents, even though the law has no such mechanism.

That is not unusual.

Not necessarily...there may be three or four justices appointed by President Trump.

Thanks to the `86 general amnesty, we got the bizarre notion of birthright citizenship, or “anchor babies”.

http://www.cairco.org/issues/anchor-babies

“The original intent of the 14th Amendment was clearly not to facilitate illegal aliens defying U.S. law and obtaining citizenship for their offspring, nor obtaining benefits at taxpayer expense. Current estimates indicate there may be over 300,000 anchor babies born each year in the U.S., thus causing illegal alien mothers to add more to the U.S. population each year than immigration from all sources in an average year before 1965.”

All it did was embolden America’s Mexican Bund, `The Race’.
This is a critical election.
Another “comprehensive reform of immigration” would be the end of us.
Go Trump. Make America great again. Win win win.

I understand what the SCOTUS is. I was making a different point, which you apparently either didn’t get, or chose to ignore.

We were making different points. Mine was that the method that four justices used to pervert the constitution, was to say nothing.

This is unlike other cases that perverted the constitution (homo marriage and abortion come to mind), where the perverting justices had to go out on a limb and explain how they got there - which makes the perversion clearly theirs. in this case, all they had to do was say nothing, which amounts to "we wouldn't uphold the court below."

I'm pretty sure we are in agreement that a president doesn't have the power to issue three year work permits and deportation immunity to illegal aliens, when the law says a person here illegally is to be deported.
