Gunman has been killed. No other fatalities.
At least 25 injuries from tear gas.
Unconfirmed reports that it was a blank-firing gun.
the problem must be that since Germany does not have a 2nd Amendment, they do not have universal background checks

As I noted on another thread, if the shooter is muslim we may never know the motive.

I never jump to that conclusion myself unless there are more earmarks than a simple shooting. MOs have MOs, especially true terrorism (conspiracy by a group, not individual action like Orlando).
Unfortunately, many here co-opted the “Amish” joke and apply it to blacks. Not at all as applicable because Amish are religious and Moslems are religious. Black is a race. I wish that bad joke would stop; apples and oranges.

I know. I personally feel 100% safe once I'm in a building with a "No Guns" sign, especially if it's bilingual and includes a non-verbal red-x graphic. I'm sure nobody would ever disobey a sign!
