Cops shut down a lane in the Lincoln Tunnel so a visiting businessman could be escorted through it at the behest of a major de Blasio fundraiser, federal prosecutors charged Monday.

The stunning arrests marked the first time cops have been charged in the sweeping 3½-year corruption investigation rocking the department and Mayor Bill de Blasio’s office, which is being probed for its fundraising.
Federal prosecutors allege that the civilian behind the closure, Borough Park businessman Jeremy Reichberg, and his pal, real estate investor Jona Rechnitz, spent more than $100,000 on police bribes between 2012 and 2015.

I remember NYC voters saying de Blasio got their attention because of his son’s afro. These people have to be the most shallow and ignorant people on the planet.

Wait. I thought that was Gov. Krispy Kreme’s fault and he was subsequently tarred and feathered by the all-knowing all-seeing media for this.
The first Democrat mayor that New York City residents vote in since the 1990s is a completely corrupt crook. What a shock.
That is worse than the allegations against Chris Christy. And you can bet your last dollar that this will not be all over the news.
De Blasio is doing something like what Chris Christie was just BLAMED for a couple years ago? And there are no repercussions?

You cannot live well at all in NYC on that amount. They need the bribe money.
However I do not think they need a prostitute.
