Israeli intelligence Chief, Major General Herzi Halevy, said that the last three months have been the most difficult for ISIS since its inception. In a speech delivered at Herzliya conference yesterday , Halevy explicitly said Israel does not want the situation in Syria to end with the defeat of ISIS , the Israeli NRG site reported.

So that leaves ISIS victory, or perpetual war as the alternatives. That’s F’ed up.
So I guess Israel has some use for people being burned to death in cages, and drowned in cages, and run over by tanks, and blown up with rpgs and other explosives, and dismembered, stabbed, stoned, shot, raped, sold into slavery, and woth various islamic lunatics around the world pledging allegiance to this group of murdering savages before that kill a bunch of people?
F*ck that.
Why not use the Kurds to create a buffer between Iran and Syria ? Would also keep the Turks in check. The ISIS alternative is just too horrific.
here's one of many such examples of arabs "arresting" animals for being spies... http://www.cnn.com/2016/01/27/middleeast/israel-vulture-lebanon-spy/
Why should I trust this website’s reporting? The Arab Source?
No...it will drain everyone in the area....they lose in the end but the defeat will leave everyone soft and vulnerable.
It sounds like Israel sees ISIS as the replacement for Saddam Hussein. As long as Iraq and Iran were fighting each other, then they’re less of a problem for Israel. If one had actually won, they would have trained their sights on Israel.
Does Israel see ISIS as a counter to Iran?
I say let them kill each other like they did before there was an Israel.
This report is a lie.
.. Israel does not want the situation in Syria to end with the defeat of ISIS ..
equate to this:
.. Israeli Intelligence chief: We do not want ISIS defeat in Syria ..
If you hate Israel, just say so. There's no need to lie and distort.
Seek help for your comprehension problems, Omar.
Hey! That kinda talk is offensive to their news team:
Agreed. Be skeptical of course. I am. But NB, I got this post and blog from one of the most respected Middle East U.S. military analysts and senior analysts at the the DIA (and West Point). Col. Patric Lang. A lot of the guys commenting on it are also former military commanders/analysts.
My name isn’t Omar, it’s Chris.
And “Israeli Intelligence chief: We do not want ISIS defeat in Syria” seems to suggest that Israel does not want ISIS defeat in Syria.
If it suggests something else to you, then spit it out, Byron, otherwise shut up.
Thanks for your reply. We really must be skeptical on the internet. It’s quite ripe with disinformation. And that goes double for Arab sources and Russian sources.
I read your link; however, it assumes something not in the actual quote. It takes it a step beyond and then comments on that as if it were what he said.

Al-Masdar News was among the sites that picked up the false report.
Weaken neighboring Arab nations with divide and conquer. Yinon plan, it’s quite public.
We should be doubly suspicious of Arab sources and Russian sources (like RT). Those media are tightly controlled and anything that is not compliant with the government’s position will not make it out.
We should also be suspicious of U.S. sources - and all sources these days - but these in particular should be not believed until verified elsewhere.
LOL. And those are the moderate reporters.
Since when do Arabs, Israelis avowed enemy, report anything accurately?
Don’t believe it for a minute
Kind of like any media reporting something trump said....they cut stuff out, twist around, and make their own story
