What does Levin want Trump to do?

I have wondered similar when he rants 'we need a new Republican party.' He never says what that is or how it needs to be done, while he decries a 3rd party and endorses some of the establishment regulars, etc.

I then question, it didn't happen with Goldwater and it didn't happen with Reagan.

It is pie-in-the-sky that makes for good soundbites on talkradio, but after several years of the same old rants, one realizes that that is all they are -- rants, with no intent for action.

Trump is not giving daily interviews to trash other GOPers like Ryan and Cruz. In fact, he has been quite conciliatory at his rallies. Trump is the only person publicly trying to unify the party at the moment, IMO.

Levin wants Trump to lose so he can say I told you so and have Cruz run again in 2020. He’s totally delusional at this point. There is a real rage among dead ender Cruzers toward Trump because they feel he stole what was rightfully Cruz’s nom.

Yep. How many times have we heard Levin’s disingenuous comments about “his beloved audience”, “his audience is the smartest, etc.”, and how his ratings success is due to the fact that, “unlike other hosts, he treats his audience with respect”.

And yet, 9 times out of 10, he’s rude to his callers, makes comments about how nice his show has been because he’s had no callers, etc. What an arrogant fraud. I haven’t listened to the loser in almost a year now, and I’m not missing a thing.

I also don’t miss hearing him trash other hosts for talking about “the baloney sandwich they ate last night” and then in the next breath describing the meal he had the night before. Is this guy really that blind as to what a hypocrite he is?

You are correct. There is no engagement with people who leave messages/comments on his social media sites. What I noticed about his web pages is his constant sales pitches for his dad’s book or his tv show. He is the one at the virtual street corner selling his trinkets and worthless crap from a cart. He could care less about the listeners and his country. Just keep the dough rolling in and he will keep up the act.

(He couldn't care less.) Not too long ago levin showed up on the levin radio thread here on FR and trashed several posters. He was incredibly rude and arrogant, something he's hidden until now. levin, limbaugh and beck are in this for themselves, books, tea, tv shows, etc from what I've seen limbaugh is limping back to reality slowly, someone must have shown him his ratings for the last three months, as for levin and beck, both have gone over the edge never to return. Not sure who's worse levin or beck.

As a paid shill for Cruz, it’s obvious why he’s so upset. Levin isn’t just disappointed like you’d expect when his candidate doesn’t make it to the nomination, he’s livid like a person who lost money. He doesn’t just see it as money that isn’t coming in anymore, he sees it a big red figure in the loss column, that’s why he’s freaking out. Just wait until his radio show goes away. Mark sold out for short-term cash and people aren’t forgetting about it.
