The Chobani owner decided firing local U.S. citizens and hiring the muslim immigrants was a good idea. There's lots of Chobani yogurt on the shelves in my local stores. That's just where it stays. I won't buy any of it. I prefer another brand of greek yogurt with flax seeds and black cherry flavoring. 140 calories of my 600 scheduled today.

If no Muslim refugees then why the question at the meeting about the approval for the mosque in one day or other comments about refugees they see?

If any part of the story is false, it may be the Syrian part, perhaps it was Somalis instead. Either way-there are Muslim refugees in that town in enough numbers to have a mosque. The link you posted implies that there are no Muslim refugees there which seems to be completely false, this then makes me question everything thing else in that article.

“According to several of these reports, three boys from two refugee families, ages 13, 9, and 8, forced a disabled 5-year-old girl at knife-point into the laundry facilities of the apartment complex, where they sexually assaulted and urinated on her. The older boy allegedly coached the others and filmed it with his cellphone. “

Apparently, A bunch of muslims moved into the area over the last two years, to work a large Chobani yogurt factory that opened there - the largest in the world (probably has local politicians falling over themselves to kiss up). Chobani is owned by a Turkish Kurd, who advocates accepting refugees, and offers jobs for them. Around two hundred work muslim immigrants (unclear if they have refugee status) work in the new Twin Falls factory, and many no doubt have families.

Some reports say that Twin Falls received no Syrian Refugees, but the Councillor in the video of this thread, seems to admit that the town had taken 300 refugees (not necessarily Syrian). Other sources say that about a dozen Syrians are receiving food stamps in the town, and 8 get medicare. Other sources deny that there was a knife involved, or that there was penetration.

I watched the video in its entirety. The council members were condescending and rude to the citizens expressing concern. One was even mocking and scornful to the woman when she was talking. At the end a council member told the man speaking that he was offended by how disrespectful the citizens were to the council. What?? The citizens merely pushed for answers and the council members were vague and accusing.

Wow...the politicians claim to know absolutely nothing and then are lecturing these obviously, clearly upset people.

These are brave Americans who are publicly stating their concerns about the Islamic presence and the increasing violence in their community.

As I listen to the third citizen raising concerns, I hear these councilors criticizing them, harshly. Unbelievable!
