No, her last name is still Bush. George W. Bush and Laura Bush have twin daughters, Barbara and Jenna. Jenna is married and her last name is now Hager. (Jenna uses “Bush” as her middle name.) Jenna and her husband have two little girls. Jenna's twin sister, Barbara, is single and her name remains “Barbara Bush”.
