In an interview with CBS's John Dickerson that aired Sunday on "Face the Nation," Trump called profiling Muslims "common sense."
"Well, I think profiling is something that we're going to have to start thinking about as a country," he said when Dickerson asked Trump whether he still supports the idea, which he has floated before. "And other countries do it; you look at Israel and you look at others and they do it and they do it successfully. You know, I hate the concept of profiling. But we have to start using common sense, and we have to use, you know, we have to use our heads ... we really have to look at profiling. We have to look at it seriously."

The time has come for a change. PROFILE. Men with beards, and prayer cloths, age 18 to 35, with Arabic accent...just need to look in their drawers and their shoes, and their bags.

Who could possibly not think profiling Muslims is common sense?

No consideration of any secret lists restricting gun purchases until the state acts like it really cares about the safety of its citizens. That means looking hard at who wants to harm citizens, properly vetting those groups who want in, and securing the border. It’s not that hard.

When you see a snake in the grass, do you take extra care that it isn’t venomous? Do you stop and find out what it is before you take another step toward it?
I live in Florida where all kinds of snakes abound, many of them dangerous and many more harmless. You don’t just reach down and grab a snake to see which one it is. When in the woods, you take precautions like never stepping over to the other side of a felled log because smart people keep an eye on all snakes until they are sure they’re safe.
Islam is a snake.

Profiling Muslims makes sense.
It makes sense to anyone with a brain. Which leaves out the Democrats and Socialists.
Considering that nearly all terrorist acts have been and are being committed by Muslims in the name of their religion, profiling them is one of the keys to defending against them.
Profiling save innocent lives.
Of course profiling is common sense and not just Muslims either.

I think it would just drive the activity underground but I don’t think it would hurt. The FBI needs it for sure.
On a real life cop show like Forensic Files or First 48 the Orlando gun dealer would have been referred to a forensic artist and a drawing of Mateen produced which could have been compared to FBI pictures of local Central Fl persons of interest. If the FBI can’t even do that, why are they taking the tax-payers money. Don’t they watch TV on their extended free time

It makes since to profile. But they all need to be deported. If not when another nut, extreme leftist gets elected, more problems start. These people will not become civilized. They left would love a compromise of just profiling them.
Better be careful, might snag some Obama administration officials.
