That is not much of a jesture. It is actually more of an insult. If he really wanted to be perceived as doing something, he might try giving 100,000,000 chickens to developing countries.

The current population of Bolivia is slightly less than 11 million according to the CIA website. The gift of 100,000 chickens means that less than one in a hundred people will get a chicken. That is no big deal and did this guy named Bill Gates, who wants to throw his money away, know anything about Bolivian culture?

So here we have a communist head of state saying take your chickens and shove it, all to willing to impose his commie rules saying "too bad, good bad or indifferent, I an the King." Bill, what they want is money and even that will not help them when it goes into the bank account of this commie pig. Giving money does not mean anything will change Bill, witness your contribution of greenhouses in Gaza, or that old homosexual Palestinian Arrafat. He died with a few billion in his account--how did he get it and where did it go?

A true-to-life (actually true) cock and bull story, in comparison to Gate's uber-liberal "i'ma gonna be a-generous to poor backwards Bolivians" sends Gates' chickens back home to roost, or sends them somewhere, anywhere except to Bolivia.

Why did the chicken(s) not cross the road? Bolivia was over there.
