He hasn't claimed to be a SEAL or other SOF...yet.
The claim at issue is being buried for three days in the rubble of the Marine Barracks bombing in Beirut in 1983. The official record shows the last survivor was pulled from the rubble the same day as the bombing, so moped boy is either an undead zombie or he's lying.
While it is true that he has not claimed SOF status (yet) there is another aspect we have not yet delved into in depth.

The last man pulled out of the Marine Corps Barracks was (coincidentally) a Chaplain.
Hondact200 claims to have enlisted in the Marines.
The Chaplain pulled from the Barracks although assigned to a Marine Unit was a Navy Chaplain named Danny Wheeler.
I have asked hondact200 directly if he is Chaplain Danny Wheeler. He has so far refused to answer.
