No joke. There is a sizeable element of international officialdom that seems to believe that there is evil in the world simply because there aren’t enough signs posted.

Wonderful idea. I hope Obama sees this. He can steal the idea and issue wallet cards to all Muslims in the country listing to remind them that killing people is an inappropriate behavior.
