I'm curious as to why Trump selected a place that only holds 1500 people when he has made other appearances in places that hold in 30,000. Must be the beer and food.

Larger venues not able to arrange for security on such short notice. The Trump

campaign tried to book 3 larger arenas on a couple of days notice but fear of

a-hole soros thugs destroying everything, all refused to hold event.

Some sources say the venue holds 3800. This seems to be primarily a fundraising trip. Judging from Sen. Cornyn, Texas GOP and state officials nixed larger venues out of ‘security’ concerns; in other words, they’re trying to distance themselves from Trump.
