DENVER -- Gun sales are surging in the wake of Sunday’s deadly mass shooting in Orlando, Fla. The tragedy is generating new debate over gun control reform and the right to bear arms.
Gun shops typically see a spike in customers after mass shootings. But this time, many are seeing shoppers they’ve never really seen before: More gays and lesbians.
George Horne, the owner of The Gun Room, Denver’s oldest firearms dealer, said Tuesday business is booming at his store.
"For this time of year I’d say its three to four times what we normally have," he said.
Background checks that once took minutes can now take hours. It's a sales surge similar to what happened after Sandy Hook and the Aurora theater shootings.

yeah, the gays I worked with in graphics were a rather unstable lot. and all except one hard left.

I am a life long member of the NRA and have a weapon...so I don’t think your ‘gun ban’ or anything to do with the second amendment is going to do any good, there are some that aren’t registered that you don’t know about...watch out Hussein...our Army is bigger than yours!!!
And just who do these new gun owners want to protect themselves against? Would it be Christians and other conservatives? I think not. Orlando(what they’re calling it.)shooting was another gun free zone.

On all the forms I’ve ever had to fill out in all of my years of purchasing firearms, I’ve never been asked my sexual orientation.

I DON’T want to trample their 2nd Amendment Rights, I’m just saying, as mentioned earlier up, This Group as a whole, considering the percentage of Population they occupy, have allot of DOMESTIC ABUSE.

Do gunshop owners keep a special tally of flamers who come in so they can run to the media with that info?

Maybe some of them have finally woken up to the fact that liberals dont care about them, the left has made that perfectly clear..their alliance is with Muslims..period..gay lives don’t matter to the left so gays have to be armed and take care of themselves
This is great news! The only ones who don’t think so are Mullah Obama and the Beast of Benghazi. I’m sure they’re furious about it.
It is amazing to watch, and I am shocked that not everyone sees how the left has utterly abandoned the gay community in favor of the mulsims.
