After Orlando, Republican Party Unity Behind Trump Grows More Elusive
NBC News ^ | June 14, 2016 | Leigh Ann Caldwell

Posted on 06/14/2016 7:11:04 PM PDT by Innovative

House Speaker Paul Ryan told a room of Republican donors and elites in Park City, Utah last weekend that he endorsed Donald Trump to keep the Republican Party together.

That explanation implied that if the highest ranking Republican didn't support the top of the ticket and went against the legitimate winner of the primary electoral process that the Republican Party would limp forward as a divided party with no chance of electoral success. The Speaker suggested that he put party above personal preference for the sake of unity.

Just days later, party unity appears even more fragile.

Since wrapping up the GOP nomination, Trump has done little to ease the concerns of skeptical Republicans. He has ignored calls to change his tone, refocus his message on policy and ignore personal slights. Instead, he has doubled down on a controversial proposal to ban on Muslims entering the U.S., attacked the heritage of a federal judge and publicly insulted party leaders.

They have 3 options.

1-Support Trump

2-Acknowledge that they passively aggressively support Hillary. See note below.

3-Or they just need to Shut it and write in a candidate in November. Many just need to shut up as they think because they have a microphone in front of them, their opinion is more important that We The People. So if they do not like Trump, just shut up, write in the candidate of your choice in November and quit fighting for Hillary to get elected in Nov.

Ryan, Romney, Bush Family, Kristal need to acknowledge they support Hillary AND acknowledge their motive for supporting Hillary.

In Ryan’s case, his support for Hillary is so he can run in 2020. Little does the loser realize we all now have his number and he will never be the nominee.

Romney is JEALOUS and already said he would accept a position if Ryan were to run in 2020.

Bush family, literally just ego driven hatred. Not sure if their is one person in the Bush family who is a true patriot and would put their country before their ego and support Trump.

Remember Newt in 2012? Romney was viscous to Newt, but Newt was still a Patriot and endorsed him. Newt went on show after show, interview after interview and supported Romney. Yet Romney’s ego is so prideful that he can’t support Trump? Trump supported Romney in 2012.

These so call Republicans who have a microphone and/or get interviewed are so very prideful and think they are better or more Patriotic than Trump. When it’s the opposite that is reality. They are all DISGUSTING.

It looks like Trump stepped in it a bit. He really needs someone to lay out what he is going to hit on a daily basis. These are foolish talking points when there is so much more to hit Obama/Clinton with.

Instead of this issue, he should be hitting Clinton on the $6 billion that went missing at state while she was there. He is wasting so much time.

Another MSM panicked hit piece.

AP has a striking similar piece quoting the usual suspects like Graham. Obvious MSM collusion going on her to push an Anti-Trump narrative. I wonder what the journolist mailing list called this this time?

The Leftist staff over at NBC news, doing their best to drive a wedge into Trump’s support.

What a shocker.

Not.

AP has a similar story. It’s the meme of the day. GOP and MSM back on message.

Romney LOST TWICE on a national level. Twice. Trump had much more competition than Romney had, and Trump WON overwhelmingly.

This pic cannot be posted enough. Talk about egos. Romney and Ryan have some serious ego and delusions of grandeur going on. They could never get the masses that have both voted for and continue to come out for Trump rallies all over the nation. Someone should do a mail campaign to loser Speaker Ryan with the pic and add the caption, you WILL NEVER win in 2020, so give it up already..

What part of "You Lost and are even more popular now" do Romney or Ryan not understand? Delusions of Grandeur.

A delusion of grandeur is the fixed, false belief that one possesses superior qualities such as genius, fame, omnipotence, or wealth. It is most often a symptom of psychosis.

This is the garbage we are saddled with as we engage the criminal enterprise called the Democrat Party:

“Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) says he may be “open” to placing new gun controls on law-abiding citizens following the terror attack on Pulse Orlando.
According to CBS News’s Steven Portnoy, McConnell has a meeting with FBI director James Comey and Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson on Wednesday. Portnoy Tweeted that McConnell has signaled he may be willing to consider new gun controls after that meeting.....”

Trump keeps creating his own problems. The latest about thieves in Iraq is a disaster that will blossom over the next few days.

Unforced errors are his downfall.

Concern troll much? Trump has already clarified that remark.

The disloyalty and sabotage attempts from the “country club” GOP since Trump won the nomination are nothing short of breathtaking.

Even I am stunned. These people need to be ridden out of town on a rail. Either that, or the GOP needs to be ended, and a new party formed.

Benedict Arnold was a piker compared to these Machiavellian scoundrels.

Same old story. The GOP simply won’t defend us against Democrat assaults. Therefore, there is ZERO reason to vote GOP ticket post Trump barring a Trumpian revolution.
