Forbes was better than Rigell, but a backbencher and gop-e tool. He got a grand total of one bill passed in 15 years in Congress: naming a post office. Rah.

We don’t need more laws. We have millions of laws in this country. I don’t judge someone by how many laws they have passed. Actually, that is a superficial and lazy way of looking at someone.
