The FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server is “criminal” in nature, U.S. District Court judge Emmet Sullivan said in a court filing on Tuesday.

Sullivan was responding to a plea from attorneys for former State Department information technology specialist Bryan Pagliano who asked that details of an immunity deal he made with the FBI to discuss Clinton’s server be kept secret.

“The privacy interests at stake are high because the government’s criminal investigation through which Mr. Pagliano received limited immunity is ongoing and confidential,” Sullivan wrote in the new order.

“In the Court’s opinion, the need for public access to Mr. Pagliano’s agreement with the government is minimal. Mr. Pagliano’s immunity agreement has not previously been disclosed. Mr. Pagliano and the government object to disclosure of the immunity agreement,” the judge added.

I’m not the one with the expertise. What I’ve read is Pagliano does not have full immunity. He’s still on thin ice and needs to keep mum since he can possibly incriminate himself in some other way.

They’ve been trying for weeks to make that point to Hillary....seems she prefers to believe otherwise. She looks at the investigation like the TV commercial of monitoring a problem but not fixing it. The FBI is only reviewing security procedures... I hope she continues to believe that right up until the bus takes her to the penitentiary...Oh! Please - make it happen!!!

That's the typical use, but I doubt it is the intended function this time around. The intended outcome is nobody is accused, and the immunity agreement is what gets the little fish out of the fire. The big fish gets out on a claim that "evidence doesn't support a charge." Few people will study the evidence, so the lie wins.

When Comey sees that the US District Attorney has been forbidden from prosecuting Hillary, Comey should feel obliged and empowered to share the FRAUD portions of the evidence with any interested STATE DA's. After all, The Clinton Global Initiative committed fraud in nearly all 50 States!

Nothing is stopping State DA's from prosecuting the Clinton Slush-Fund-Players on their own, right?

It doesn’t matter if Hillary is a criminal. She’s a democrat and went to Ivy League schools, so she’s ‘wonderful’. The left has been going about coalition building for decade upon decade, and they have pretty much disenfranchised the kind of person I thought I was supposed to grow up to be. What’s the message, when a candidate is under FBI investigation for being negligent (at best) with State secrets, and has been linked to more than a few play for pay schemes, but continues to be embraced by the establishment in the media and pop culture?
