Hoping I don’t get banned from FR, but any one of us could have a child who determines that they are LGBT. And I don’t think that any one of us think that it’s OK for any LGBT person to be murdered simply because they are LGBT.
Because if you think it is ok to be murdered because you are LGBT (or qrstuvwxyz) then you should start practicing sharia law right now.
So, regardless of what GB has said in the past, this should be applauded.
I for one, would cheer a Gay Pride Parade in Riyadh, or Mecca or Tehran. Anything that chaps Muzzie’s hides is fine by me.
Well I think we would try our best to warn our kids away from that stuff, because sooner or later it brings trouble.
We tell our kids not to play in the middle of the busy street, rather than insisting on making all speed limits 5 mph.
I can’t applaud anything Beck says because he’s become a hateful creature.
That said, I agree with you. Those innocents certainly did not deserve to die, BLTs or otherwise. (I just can’t commit that whole string of letters to memory and I don’t care).
Let’s not blame the victims but rather focus our legitimate anger on the perps and their willing enablers on the left.
I think everyone’s points are that it’s a little weird for GB to think he can comfort all the suffering gays in the world, not that gays deserved to die.
Nobody here thinks homosexuals should be killed for their sexual proclivity and no one here is rejoicing. However, as Christians we have an obligation to encourage them not to sin, which engaging in a homosexual relationship is. Love the sinner but hate the sin, as Jesus instructed us. That means tolerate but not celebrate or encourage, either tacitly or overtly.
No one here on FR proposes murdering homos simply because they are homos.
Keep in mind though there are many homos who propose to murder US because we are conservative.
