I doubt that Trump could properly clean house in 4 years.
Just getting it neatened up a little would be a vast improvement.
Actually, I expect that if there is a marked change in tone, most of America will respond to that. It isn’t just Donald cleaning up; it’s all of us.
A president can't clean house in the bureaucracy at all, short of endless vetoes of favorite Congressional spending.
