You and me both, and I'm sure others. The most I do when I "see something" is leave the scene. Remember well, no good deed goes unpunished. I'm in something like quintuple jeopardy too, because I am usually armed. Yo better believe I follow the traffic laws! The last thing I want to have is an interaction with the cops or any other government agent.
