The names of CIA personnel could have been compromised not only by hackers who may have penetrated Hillary Clinton’s private computer server or the State Department system, but also by the release itself of tens of thousands of her emails, security experts say. Clinton, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, turned over to the State Department 55,000 emails from her private server that were sent or received when she was secretary of state. Some contained information that has since been deemed classified, and those were redacted for public release with notations for the reason of the censorship.

This is typical Hillary Clinton. She’s acting like a dirty little snot with this.
Somebody needs to sit down with her and tell her this is serious business. She is guilty as can be. If she wants to continue to be a dirty little snot about this and make the taxpayers pay a lot for her snottiness, well, maybe a lesson needs to be given.
When the FBI interrogates her, they need to remind her of the possible punishments. Then, while questioning her, they keep rubbing their necks.

A hacker’s haul from Clinton’s server is a foreign government’s ticket to blackmail. No matter what country may have bought them from the hackers, from China to Iraq to France, adversaries of the US who may have gotten their hands on any of the emails with secrets are probably salivating over the opportunity to blackmail a US president. If HRC is compromised, there is no telling what she’d give up to save her skin. For starters, satellite technology to China, nuclear technology to Iraq, ...

There’s no “could have”. We will never know how many operatives have been killed or compromised as their identities are undoubtedly secret. But without a doubt some, perhaps many have been compromised or killed. This is standard Clinton stuff, leaving a pile of dead bodies behind is no big deal.
But there is no damned “could have”. SHE was the one who constructed this private server construct. Again, as I have said, this is not “sending an email from one’s private ACCOUNT”. This is 1: NEVER signing up for or on to the gov’t email system [and this as well means EVERY, EACH ONE, ALL of her communcications were insecure] and 2: electing to utilize an insecure SERVER, the MACHINE, the locus of ALL her SOS communications received, sent, or forwarded, in contraindication to and violation of the explicit rules of her access to top secret and beyond top secret info. 3: By her own orders. It didn’t happen by accident; but it frankly does not matter. She wrote a check to Pagliano to set it up. And 4: least of all, violating her agreement with the 0bama admin to cease Clinton Foundation work while SOS. Forget #4.
If the names or operatives have been compromised and it must be presumed they were, they have been so compromised exclusively due to her casual treatment of same.
This is an absolute straight line for me.
In the main, with some notable exceptions like some
murders, some batterys, some thefts, this is NOT the way laws are written. You get a ticket for blowing through a stop sign; you don’t have to have crashed into something or someone else. You are guilty of theft if funds show up in your account as a result of your illegal actions. It is not necessary (though it helps to show guilt) to show the funds came from source #1, 2, or #3. If you spill a toxic substance on the ground, it does not matter if it was an accident or on purpose and it doesn’t matter if someone got sick or died as a result or not.
