I think the chances of Gingrich becoming Trumps VP took a nose dive shortly after it was floated. Newt just talks to much. Takes a pseudo-neutral position and ends up shooting everybody in the leg.

At the so called “Trump University” scandal (really a shake down attempt) no one was killed, no one was hurt, no one lied.
Very unlike Benghazi—where four Americans died.
