Have you read anything about the case? The main plaintiff turns out to have praised Trump University, in writing, and Trump can provide that backup. So the prosecutors now want to change the plaintiff, since their whole case has been undercut. In any other case, it would have been dismissed, but not this one. Why? Because this case is supposed to be dragged out, intentionally, and they have a compliant judge to help.

It’s clear what’s going on. This judge is political, that is, not making rulings on the law, but on politics. He’s associated with La Raza and should recuse himself. But he won’t.

You got it! The judge has an appearance of impropriety because of his La Raza membership and his rulings are more than appearance of impropriety, they are improper.

I think we are looking at a political persecution to try to hurt Trump. The plaintiff lawyers are big Hillary donors. The fix is in.
